Justice Inaam Ameen Minhas appointed to Islamabad High court due to the notorious 26th Amendment.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas adjourned the hearing of the case for the recovery of two missing brothers of Ahmed Noorani until after Eid. Ahmed Noorani’s brothers could not be recovered. Ahmed Noorani’s mother left the courtroom crying. The lawyer pleaded for early hearing but the Judge was unmoved by the tears of the mother and adjourned until after Eid.
