Justice Abher Gul Khan is among the judges elevated to the Lahore High Court by the controversial Judicial Commission formed under the discredited 26th constitutional amendment, which was passed through brute force by an illegitimate and incomplete parliament. Justice Abher Gul Khan took oath as a judge of the Lahore High Court on March 5th.
Instead of issuing notices to relevant government officials for the recovery of forcibly disappeared social media activist, Justice Abher Gul Khan of the Lahore High Court asked the petitioner where the abducted Farhan Chishti is.
