Judicial magistrate Rizwan uddin remands handicap person to police

Check out the Islamabad police’s achievement: On August 5, during the PTI protest, Islamabad police arrested some PTI workers. The FIR stated that they had sticks, rods, and slingshots. Among them, a man disabled in both hands was also arrested. On August 6, he was presented in court, and the court granted a one-day remand. According to PTI lawyers, they informed the court that the man has no hands, but a remand was still granted. On August 7, he was presented again, and the court was informed once more. Then the court called the accused forward and said, “Raise your hands.” He raised them, and both were cut off. Only then did the court discharge him from the case… Otherwise, from August 5 to 7, it didn’t occur to the police that he doesn’t even have hands—how could he throw stones?
