Hammad is an accused in the Corps Commander case related to May 9. His brother, Owais, and cousin, Muneeb, were also nominated in the same case. They were granted bail only after spending nearly two and a half years in custody.
Hammad, however, remains behind bars.
His case reached the Supreme Court, which directed that his trial be completed within four months. Yet, to this day, the trial remains incomplete, and Hammad has still been unable to secure bail.
Hammad needs a voice. We must speak up for him and demand that his case be dealt with fairly and without further unnecessary delay.
At the very least, if he requires medical treatment, he should be transferred to a hospital so that he can receive proper care.
Raise your voice for Hammad.
